委員名單2021/2022年度：

委員操守及守則：

  • 委員不能以香港音樂人協會名義或委員身份、進行一切個人運作，及牽涉私人利益。
  • 委員以委員身份，處理對外有關香港音樂人協會事務，或參加會議，該委員必須於該次處理事務完畢，或該次會議結束後，須立即回報主席或秘書， 即時知會各執委及跟進一切事項。
  • 委員必須以香港音樂人協會為中心，並全力協助處理本會一切事務。
  • 所有委員、主席、秘書等，一律不可涉及私人關係、利益或收受金錢，作事務及工作上之安排。
  • 委員不可作有損香港音樂人協會利益之行為。
  • 會員有權監管委員會處理會務時，是否公平公正。
  • 委員會必須考慮接受會員建議及批評、經調查待下次會議時跟進。
  • 委員必須關心及愛護本會，並盡可能出席本會一切活動。如委員因私人事務繁忙或身體健康問題而連續缺席例會/活動4次則由委員會開會決定其去留。
  • 司庫負責協會所有的收支賬目，每一筆的支出必須有正式收據，並有兩位或以上委員簽名核實，任何一位委員有權隨著要求查核數簿。
  • 協會所有財產均列入資產清單，以作記錄，如需增添樂器、傢俱或其他一切用品，首先填妥〔購物申請清單〕由委員會批核才能購買。
  • 委員必須繳交會費。
  • 創會委員任期屆滿時，將會成為永遠名譽顧問，有權監管本協會一切運作，確保本會創會宗旨理念不變，令會務正常順利發展。
  • 委員必須遵守以上守則，如有違反者，本會將革除該委員會席，若有損香港音樂人協會利益及名譽者，本會將保留法律追究之權利，並追討有關之損失賠償。

Rules and Regulations for All Committee Members:

  • Committee Members should do their best to benefit the Society and its members.
  • Committee Members should always be just and impartial when dealing with any affair related to the Society and its members.
  • Committee Members may not act as an individual for profits on behalf of the Society without written consent.
  • Committee Members should immediately report to Chairman or Secretary after dealing with any external affair concerning and related to the Society.
  • Committee Members should do their best to assist the daily operation of the Society.
  • No Committee Members are allowed to deal with any party or arrange jobs for anyone for their own personal profit.
  • Committee Members may not behave in ways that bring damages to interests of the Society.
  • Society Members have the rights to monitor and ensure that the Committee Members are just and impartial when dealing with Society’s affairs.
  • Committee Members must consider all members’ suggestions and be willingly accept criticism by members if any, and go through these suggestions in the next scheduled meeting.
  • Committee Members should care about the benefits of the Society and do their best to attend all Society’s meetings and activities. Committee reserves the right to terminate the post of any Committee Member who has been absent for four times in a row.
  • Treasurer is responsible for the detailed account of all expenses and incomes, and must keep an official invoice or receipt for every item. Every item must be confirmed and signed by two or more Committee Members. Every Committee Member has the right to check the account any time.
  • All assets belonging to the Society are listed in record for reference. An application form for buying instruments and goods must be filled out before any further purchase.
  • Committee Members must pay the membership fee.
  • The Original Committee Members will become Permanent Honorary Advisors to assist the normal operation of the Society and ensure that the principles of the Society remain unchanged.
  • Committee Members must abide by the aforesaid rules and regulations. Offenders will be dismissed from the Committee. Rights of legal actions are reserved in cases of damages to interests of the Society.
